IndeQuest is a Nurse Case Management group and a subsidiary of Cybertech, Inc. in Plymouth, MI with clients throughout the State of Michigan. Nurses working as Case Managers are needed to serve the Traverse City, Bay City, Grand Rapids, Kalamazoo, Lansing and southeast Michigan areas. Case Managers will be based in their home city and must have 3 to 5 years experience. They will perform assessments, plan and manage patient services and care, conduct research, and analyze data utilizing the methodologies of the case management process. Case managers incorporate case management standards of practice and utilize case management and quality measurement tools in a multidisciplinary approach that incorporates all members of the health care team in the promotion of quality, cost-effective health care. | |
