Brett Melnick, President and Chief Executive Officer

Brett UpdateBrett is the Founder, President and CEO of IndeQuest.  He received his Bachelor’s degree and Master of Business Administration from the University of Michigan.

Mr. Melnick has a strong experience base in finance and IT systems, which helped him launch the IndeQuest cost effective, quality model of case management in 2004. His forward thinking leadership style keeps IndeQuest on the cutting edge of patient care. As a father of five, Brett also has a keen sense of  balancing work and home life, which provides for an exceptional work environment at IndeQuest.

 

Lori Schmidt, RN, BSN, CRRN, CCM, Director of Nursing 

Lori UpdatedLori Schmidt brings extensive knowledge and broad experience to IndeQuest.  After receiving her BSN degree and RN license, she gained direct patient care and managerial experience in critical care nursing, pediatrics and cardiology. In 1998, she began focusing on rehabilitation nursing, specifically with traumatic brain and spinal cord injuries. Lori’s responsibilities included outcome care planning via FIM scores, and coordination of diagnostics, treatments and services with the multi-disciplinary team.  Her nursing practice includes in-patient direct care, staff management, and systems management of utilization review, admission assessments and discharge planning.  CRRN and CCM certifications enhance her experience with in-patient and out-patient care planning working across the continuum of care.  

Along with maintaining her own case load, Lori directs the certified, professional nurse case managers at IndeQuest. This all-RN team specializes in providing service to auto, catastrophic medical, geriatric, and worker’s compensation cases. Our services fully support the rehabilitation process of clients referred.

Sally Bailey, RN, MS, Director of Business DevelopmentSally Updated

Sally Bailey brings strong skills in nursing practice and operations along with business development expertise to IndeQuest.  After receiving her BSN degree and RN license, she then completed her Master’s Degree in Nursing at the University of Michigan. Sally’s clinical and managerial expertise includes inpatient maternal-child health, and outpatient emergency and workers comp injury care.

Ms. Bailey led programs in ambulatory development and operations for a major health system for many years prior to coming to IndeQuest. In addition to her extensive nursing background Sally is also a strong community volunteer and supporter. She has served as president of the Canton Chamber of Commerce and as a board member for the Canton Community Foundation. Sally’s varied nursing background along with strong sales, marketing and community integration skills makes her an asset to the IndeQuest leadership team.

Michael Gall, Director of Marketing - Florida Operations

Michael GallIndeQuest Nurse Case Management is pleased to have Michael Gall as the Director of Marketing for Florida Operations.  Michael holds a BA in Business Administration from Cal Southern University and received his Long Term Care Professional (LTCP) designation in 2003 from the American Association for Long Term Care Insurance™.

With over 30 years of business and sales management experience, Michael brings a well-rounded perspective to our company.  His background includes relationship marketing support in the form of consultation, training and e-marketing products.  Michael recently published his first book, Fishing Lake Referral”, which presents a bass fisherman’s perspective on doing business by referral.

Mr. Gall is very involved in his community.  He serves on the Board of Directors for the Greater Palm Bay Chamber of Commerce Board and sits on the Advisory Board of Health First Leeza’s Place. Michael was the 2009 Planning Committee Chair for the Alzheimer’s Association Space Coast Memory Walk and currently serves as the 2010 Volunteer Marketing Director for the event.
